Use this template when drafting a new specialty workflow pack for Stage 2.a or Stage 3. It ensures the right metadata and clinical hooks are defined before implementation.

Pack Summary

• Specialty / Focus: ex: Perinatal Mood
• Activation stage: Stage 2.a auto, Stage 3 manual, etc.
• Primary objective: Why this pack exists

Required Inputs

1. Signal sources — patient, Care Circle, device, or provider
2. Cadence rules — how often prompts fire and for how long
3. Escalation indicators — numeric or qualitative thresholds that kick to Stage 3
