Specialty Workflow Packs
Specialty packs are signal bundles aligned to a clinical domain.
They may be engaged:
- automatically during Stage 2.a
- manually by providers during Stage 3
What Providers Can Do With Specialty Packs
When Stage 2.a or Stage 3 is active, providers may choose to:
- Send a pre-designed specialty survey
- Increase 1-2-3 check-ins
- up to 3× per day (per your definition)
- to establish short-term pattern clarity
- Send open-ended questionnaires
- free input responses
- from patient and/or Care Circle (if consented)
Publishing Policy
Specialty packs will be published here as they are finalized.
We do not display specialty thresholds, survey items, or clinical claims until workflows are clinically validated and approved.
