The Provider Dashboard is the clinical command center for OutsideINsights.
Purpose
- Monitor patient stability across your entire panel at a glance.
- Identify drift patterns and escalation alerts in real-time.
- Access actionable context for efficient clinical decision-making.
- Maintain compliance documentation without manual logging.
Panel View
The Panel View displays all patients with color-coded stability indicators:
- Green: Stable patients maintaining baseline between visits
- Yellow: Drift detected, increased monitoring active
- Red: Clinical escalation requiring provider attention
Filters allow sorting by stage, specialty, Care Circle, or payer requirements.
Signal Timeline
Each patient's complete monitoring history is accessible in a single view:
- Timestamped responses from all 1-2-3 Check-Ups
- Stage transitions showing when and why automation escalated
- Care Circle input captured during Stage 2 follow-ups
- Specialty signals from Stage 2.a questionnaires
Filter options
- Date range selection
- Stage filter (1, 2, 2.a, 3)
- Signal type (better, same, worse)
- Response source (patient, Care Circle, provider)
Action Queue
Priority-sorted list of patients requiring clinical attention:
Queue priority logic
- Stage 3 escalations (red alerts)
- Stage 2.a specialty signals (yellow, high confidence)
- Stage 2 drift patterns (yellow, emerging)
- Routine stability checks (green, scheduled)
Each queue item includes:
- Patient name and current stage
- Most recent signals (last 3-7 days)
- Care Circle context if available
- Suggested next steps based on clinical protocol
- Time since last provider contact
The Action Queue updates in real-time as patients submit check-ins or escalation criteria are met.
Compliance Documentation
Automated monitoring logs timestamped for payer and regulatory requirements:
Automatically captured:
- Visit compliance: Check-in frequency and response rates
- Monitoring documentation: All patient-reported signals with timestamps
- Escalation records: Stage transitions and provider actions taken
- Care Circle engagement: Secondary source verification attempts and outcomes
Export options:
- Individual patient reports for billing
- Panel-level summaries for quality measures
- Compliance audit trails for regulatory review
- Custom date ranges for payer reporting
Documentation format aligns with CMS remote patient monitoring (RPM) and chronic care management (CCM) requirements.
